The fine print.

Effective October 7, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Stadium Status Records (“we”, “us”) for the TNZ: Identify Any Song app and the tnz.app website (together, “TNZ”). By using TNZ you agree to them.

1. Using TNZ

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use TNZ on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store’s Usage Rules. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or redistribute TNZ, interfere with its services, or use it to break the law or anyone’s rights.

2. Song information

Songs are identified by Apple’s ShazamKit, and details come from third-party catalogs, encyclopedias, news and search services. TNZ checks facts against the exact recording and leaves out what it can’t verify, but we can’t guarantee that all information is complete, accurate or current. Written-up stories are generated on your device from verified facts and should be read as a summary. Articles and services you open belong to their owners.

3. TNZ Pro

• Plans. TNZ Pro is offered as a monthly or yearly auto-renewable subscription, or as a one-time Lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app and may vary by country.
• Billing. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm your purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price for the same period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• Managing. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; the current period continues until it ends.
• Lifetime. Lifetime gives you TNZ Pro for as long as we offer TNZ, with no further payment. The Lifetime intro price may change or end at any time.
• Refunds. Purchases are handled by Apple, and refunds are subject to Apple’s policies.
• Features. We may add, change or remove features in TNZ and TNZ Pro over time.

4. Smart links and Link Studio

Smart links are public web pages made with FLYer Social Smart Links at getflyer.app. You are responsible for the addresses you choose and how you use your links. Don’t choose addresses that are offensive, misleading, impersonate others or infringe anyone’s rights. We may change, disable or remove any link or address that breaks these terms or the law, or on a valid complaint. Song titles, artwork and service names on a link belong to their owners.

5. Your content

Memories, photos, videos and words you add stay yours and remain on your devices and your own iCloud. You give us no rights to them by using TNZ.

6. Our rights

TNZ, its design, films, icons, code and the TNZ name and marks belong to Stadium Status Records. Music, artwork, artist names and third-party marks belong to their owners and are shown to identify and describe songs.

7. Disclaimers

TNZ is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don’t promise that TNZ will identify every song or be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for TNZ in the twelve months before the claim. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

9. Ending these terms

You can stop using TNZ at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive will survive.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of your country of residence gives you rights that can’t be waived.

11. Apple

These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for TNZ or its content, and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it. If TNZ fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation for TNZ. We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claims relating to TNZ, including product liability claims, claims that TNZ fails to meet legal or regulatory requirements, consumer protection claims, and claims that TNZ or your use of it infringes a third party’s intellectual property rights. You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a “terrorist supporting” country, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties. You must comply with any applicable third-party terms when using TNZ. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and, once you accept them, Apple may enforce them against you.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. We’ll post changes here with a new effective date, and continuing to use TNZ means you accept them.
